Success Story: Switzerland
Switzerland publishes its laws in four languages, Swiss German, French, Italian and even Rhaeto-Romansh, a language spoken by a tiny minority of Swiss citizens, in only one of Switzerland's Cantons (Graubunden), by perhaps only 45,000 people there and 65,000 globally.
Switzerland has been doing this since ????
Switzerland has the highest proportion of immigrants of any European country, even though it is not a member of the EU and therefore does not have the unrestricted immigration allowed in member nations. Perhaps it is interesting that the largest number of immigrants in Switzerland come from the combined former countries of Yugoslavia and Albania, even more than the geographically adjacent nation of Italy.
