The Seven Weeks, or Austro-Prussian War

Both Metternich of the Austrian Empire and Stein (if not Frederick Willian) of the Prussians had considered the unification of the German speaking peoples an important matter during the closing days of the Napoleonic Wars.

Fifty years later, Prussia and Austria fought to control all the lands of German speaking peoples in the Seven Weeks War.
